Trans States Holdings which owns Trans States Airlines and Compass Airlines established GoJet Airlines in late 2004 as a regional carrier. The airline received its initial Air Carrier Operating Certificate in September 2005 and began scheduled passenger services on October 4, 2005. GoJet Airlines operates as United Express from Chicago O'Hare, Denver and Washington Dulles and as Delta Connection flights out of St. Louis Airport and Detroit, Michigan.
